Nubko, Inc. (“Nubko,” “we,” and “us”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”) and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. Please carefully read it. Our Privacy Policy details what information we collect and how it is used and shared. By using our website or application (our “Service” or “Services”), you are accepting the practices described herein. If we update this policy, we will revise the date, place notices in the Service if changes are material, and/or obtain your consent as required by law.

By using the Service, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data related to the provision of the Service. When you provide personal information through our Service, such as your name and email address, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and countries around the world. Information on how to contact us is provided at the end of the Privacy Policy. 1. Kinds of information we collect.

a. Things you do and information you provide. We collect the content and other information you provide when you use our Service, including when you sign up for an account, create or share, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide, such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. If you message other Nubko users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication. We also collect information about how you use our Service, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.

b. Things others do and information they provide. We also collect content and information that other people provide when they use our Service, including information about you, such as when they send a message to you.

c. Device information. We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our Service, depending on the permissions you have granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent Services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect: device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals; and connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.

d. Information from websites and apps that use our Services. We collect information when you visit or use third-party websites and apps that use our Services. This includes information about the websites and apps you visit, your use of our Services on those websites and apps, as well as information the developer or publisher of the app or website provides to you or us.

e. Information from third-party partners. We receive information about you and your activities on and off the Service from third-party partners, such as information from a partner when we jointly offer services or from an advertiser about your experiences or interactions with them.

2. How we use the information we collect.

a. Provide, improve, and develop Services. By understanding how you use and interact with our Services and the things you are interested in, we are able to better deliver our services, personalize content and make suggestions for you. When we apply location information, we tailor our Services for you and others by, for instance, helping you to find local events in your area.

b. Communicate with you. We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

c. Show and measure ads and services. We use the information we have to improve our advertising and measurement systems so we can show you relevant ads on and off our Services and measure the effectiveness and reach of ads and services.

d. Promote safety and security. We use the information we have to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security on and off of our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies.

3. How this information is shared.

a. People you share and communicate with. We provide areas on our Service where you can post content about yourself and communicate with others. Such postings are governed by our Terms of Use. Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. It is available to anyone on or off our Services and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs, and offline media. For instance, someone with whom you share content and communicate may download or re-share this content with others off our Services. We cannot control who reads your posts or what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.

b. People that see content others share about you. Other people may use our Services to share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people may mention or tag you at a location in a post, or share information about you that you shared with them.

c. Apps, websites and third-party integrations on or using our Services. When you use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Services, they may receive information about what you post or share. For example, when you use the Facebook Share button on the Nubko website, Facebook gets information about the link that you share from our website on Facebook. In addition, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your public profile, which includes your username or user ID. Information collected by these apps, websites or integrated services is subject to their own terms and policies.

d. New Owner. If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owners.

e. Sharing with third-party partners and customers.

(i) Advertising, Measurement, and Analytics Services. In order for our advertising to be relevant and interesting to you, we use the information we have about you to show you relevant ads. We do not share information that personally identifies you (such as your name or email address) with advertising, measurement or analytics partners unless you give us permission. We may provide these partners with information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertising if we have aggregated the information (i.e., have the information in summary form) so that it does not personally identify you. (ii) Vendors, service providers (e.g., payment processors) and other partners. We transfer information to vendors, service providers, and other partners who work on our behalf to provide technical infrastructure services, analyze how our Services are used, measure the effectiveness of ads and services, provide customer service, facilitate payments, or conduct academic research and surveys. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in a way that is consistent with this Policy and the agreements we enter into with them.

f. Required by Law. We may disclose user data to respond to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal process.

4. Protecting your personal information.

We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure. Users should also take care with how they handle and disclose their personal information and should avoid sending personal information through unsecure email. Please refer to the Federal Trade Commission's website at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menus/consumer/data.shtm for information about how to protect yourself against identity theft.

5. Children’s Privacy.

We restrict the use of our service to individuals age 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies.

When you use Nubko, we and our third-party service providers, including analytic service providers, receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, and from cookies and similar technology. Cookies are small text files placed in a user’s computer browser to store the user’s preferences. You can control information collected by cookies. You can delete or decline cookies by changing your browser settings. Most browsers provide instructions for this by clicking “help” in the browser toolbar.
